Eveland’s primary responsibility is to engage with current and future QVD clients to improve contact rates and help protect brand reputation, when making outbound calls. Steve is a well-known call center executive and global BPO operations professional with 25+ years of experience. He has a proven record of building long term relationships with both domestic and international contact centers.
