Installation Instructions for the QVD CRM Softphone

Download the QVD CRM Softphone

Enter your username and password

if you do not yet have an account with QVD please reach out to sales@qualityvoicedata.com

  1. Open the application on your device
  2. In your taskbar, click "Show Hidden Icons" and right click on the application logo
  3. Select preferences
  4. Enter your QVD SIP Account Credentials (username and password) that have been provided to you separately by QVD.
  5. Click Save
  6. Close the application by right clicking the application's logo and selecting "Quit"

Authorize HubSpot

  1. In your taskbar, click "Show Hidden Icons" and right click on the application logo
  2. Select "Authorize HubSpot"
  3. Follow the instructions in your browser to authorize the application to integrate with HubSpot

Make Your First Call

  1. Navigate to a contact in HubSpot
  2. Select the "Call" icon 
  3. Select the number you wish to call from HubSpots' dropdown.

Note: You may need to set the default in the call-window to "QVD CTI" if its not set already.
