Who we help

Call Centers

When you live and die by connect rate, the carrier behind your dialer matters. QVD is built for high-volume outbound call centers.

Is this your floor?

Built for high-volume outbound, not a side project

QVD is a strong fit if
  • You run hundreds of agents dialing daily
  • Connect rate is the metric your floor is judged on
  • Your current carrier can't explain why numbers go bad
Worth a closer look first if
  • You place a few hundred calls a week, not thousands
  • You already run dedicated in-house telecom ops
Delivery built for volume

The levers that keep a floor's calls answered

A-Level attestation

Every call your floor places is signed at the highest STIR/SHAKEN tier and delivered directly to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Get A-Attestation

Reputation that survives volume

Continuous monitoring across 80%+ of US wireless handsets, with remediation the moment high-volume dialing flags a number.

Protect your reputation

Direct carrier termination

No aggregator hand-off between your dialer and the destination carrier, so nothing degrades your calls in transit.

Your floor, your choice

Run your own dialer, or let us host VICIdial

Nothing about how your floor operates has to change. Keep your existing dialer and swap the carrier underneath, or hand us the whole stack and let QVD host and manage VICIdial directly.

  • Works with your existing dialer
  • Or fully hosted VICIdial
  • Same authenticated delivery either way

Compliance context

Delivery you control, compliance you own

High-volume outbound floors sit under a stack of overlapping rules — the federal TCPA, state-level mini-TCPAs in places like Florida, Oklahoma, and Washington, and the National Do Not Call Registry — all layered on top of whatever consent and scrubbing process your own compliance team runs. QVD doesn't replace that program and isn't a substitute for legal review of your calling practices.

What we own is the delivery layer underneath it: carrier-signed A-Level attestation, direct termination with no aggregator stripping that signal, and continuous reputation monitoring so a compliant call doesn't get mislabeled as spam before it ever reaches a consumer's screen. A floor with a clean consent and scrubbing process still loses connect rate if the carrier path underneath it is unauthenticated — that's the half of the problem we're built to solve.

Call center questions

What floor managers ask before switching

Does QVD help with TCPA and Do Not Call compliance?

QVD isn't your compliance department and we don't provide legal advice — TCPA, state mini-TCPAs, and DNC scrubbing stay your team's responsibility. What we control is the carrier side: authenticated, traceable delivery that gives your compliance program a clean signal to work from instead of calls that vanish into unlabeled spam buckets.

How does A-Level attestation affect a call center's answer rate?

A-Level STIR/SHAKEN attestation means the originating carrier vouches that the caller is authorized to use that number. Carriers and analytics engines weight that signal heavily when deciding whether to label a call, which is why floors that lose attestation through an aggregator hop tend to see rising spam-labeling rates even with clean lists.

Can QVD work with VICIdial, Five9, or another dialer we already run?

Yes. QVD delivers calls at the carrier level, so it works underneath whatever dialer software your floor already runs. We also host and manage VICIdial directly if you'd rather not maintain the server yourself.

What happens when one of our numbers gets labeled 'Spam Likely'?

We monitor labeling across the major carriers in real time and lead the remediation process — filing with the carriers and analytics platforms that control the label — instead of leaving your floor to burn the number and start over on a fresh one.

How fast can a call center switch carriers without downtime?

Most floors port over in stages — new campaigns route through QVD first while existing traffic keeps running on the incumbent — so there's no dead air on the dialer while the switch happens.
