What client SLAs actually reward

Answer rate is the number that keeps the account

Authenticated delivery lifts the number your clients watch

Reputation-managed, A-Level authenticated calls raise the connect rates that show up in your client's weekly report — the metric that actually decides renewal.

A measured head-to-head against the incumbent

In a controlled A/B test against a client's existing carrier, QVD-delivered traffic substantially outperformed on answered calls and conversions — on the same lists, same agents, same period.

Compliance context

Your client's compliance obligations flow down to you

When a BPO signs a client contract, the client's regulatory obligations usually come with it — TCPA consent handling for a sales client, FDCPA call-frequency limits for a collections client, data-security expectations for a healthcare or financial services client. QVD isn't a party to those flow-down terms and doesn't replace your own compliance and legal review.

What changes is what your client's compliance team sees when they audit the account: authenticated, carrier-signed calls with a traceable delivery path, instead of traffic routed through an aggregator that can't account for where a call actually originated. For a BPO managing multiple client accounts under different regulatory regimes, that traceability is often the difference between a clean audit and a renewal conversation that starts with an explanation.

BPO questions

What account teams ask before switching carriers

Do QVD's compliance flow-downs cover our client contracts?

Every client contract carries its own flow-down requirements — data handling, subcontractor disclosure, sometimes FDCPA or TCPA-specific terms depending on the vertical you're serving. QVD isn't a party to those contracts, but we'll work with your team to document the carrier-side pieces — attestation, call path, delivery logs — that your client's compliance review usually asks for.

Can you provide reporting that supports our client's SLA dashboard?

Yes. We can break down connect and delivery performance by number, campaign, and time period so your account team has the same data your client is measuring you against, instead of reconciling two different answer-rate numbers.

How does switching carriers affect campaigns already in flight?

Most BPOs move new client campaigns onto QVD first while existing programs keep running on the incumbent, then migrate the rest once the results are proven — the A/B test approach on this page is how most engagements start.

What makes the 38% answer-rate lift in QVD's A/B tests possible?

The tests isolate the carrier variable — same lists, same agents, same period, only the delivery path changes. The lift comes from A-Level attestation and direct carrier termination replacing an aggregator-routed incumbent that was stripping authentication in transit.

Do you work with BPOs serving regulated end clients, like healthcare or financial services?

Yes — BPOs serving healthcare and financial-services end clients are a core part of our base. We support the carrier-grade delivery those engagements require; your team and your client's compliance function still own the underlying regulatory obligations.

We run multiple client programs on shared infrastructure — does the carrier relationship need to be per-client?

No. Most BPOs run every client program through the same QVD relationship and separate performance by number pool or campaign for reporting purposes. If a specific client contract requires a dedicated number range or reporting cut, we can set that up without standing up a separate carrier relationship for each account.
